ThemeSprint is an evidence analysis service for UK public sector teams, covering public consultations, calls for evidence, and policy or impact assessments. We help policy, engagement, and research teams turn thousands of unstructured responses into publication-ready, defensible findings, faster.
We ingest responses from portal webhooks, offline postal documents, unstructured emails, and campaign PDFs. Disparate formats are normalised into a single, secure workspace through automated pseudonymisation pipelines, so nothing has to be manually re-keyed.
Because consultation responses legally have to be conscientiously considered, and AI hallucinates. The models we use are purpose built and run in our own secure environment, never a public consumer AI tool, and they handle the heavy lifting of triaging and mapping cross-question themes at scale. Every finding is still checked and signed off by our in-house team of UK-based researchers before it reaches you, and nothing is delegated to unsupervised AI.
ThemeSprint typically accelerates end-to-end analysis timelines by approximately 40% compared with traditional spreadsheet-based coding, and is engineered to absorb sudden response volume spikes without requiring additional internal resource.
ThemeSprint is delivered by Livewire Consultancy, an approved UK public sector consulting partner, and is available via G-Cloud. The AI models we use are purpose built and run within our own secure Microsoft Azure environment, never a public consumer AI tool, and data is stored and processed in the UK and handled through secure, automated pseudonymisation pipelines throughout the analysis process.
